Birthday Note

A Birthday is a good feeling! A feeling that a year is behind you and another one staring at you!! This is the day i think will make the rest of the year a good one for me and for people around me. ( too much & too philosophical... dont take this tone very seriously). I have this smile plastered on my face because today specially today everything looks good including the weather. ( Spring is in the air). So my smiling face will indicate to some as someone very happy or someone who has "lost it". I have this warm mushy feeling... my little son sings me the birthday song in his sleep and i get a nice warm hug from my husband - awww!! My mother calls me & happily wishes me the best! My Sister skypes to wish me before rushing to work. I feel special! A close friend calls as he does every year to wish me. Another close friend who has this infectious lovely laughter calls and i remember the laughter but cant get her name... it doesnt matter because today is about Me!!


Facebook says it to all my contacts - it's my Birthday!!! So i am taking wishes and storing them as it is going to take me through till the next year!!

So how am i going to do things differently?? I have a plan just for today - i will not do the laundry or ironing. My kitchen is closed for the day! My exercise mat and small weights are out and calling, binge eating is out. Drive a Ferrari, shop at Harrods, swim @ the Arabian sea, go to a spa in Bali, have dinner with family @ the Table Top mountains, coach the Indian cricket team, practice tennis with Fedex..... ( really..????)
